1. Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully processed.
- Since delivery is instant, cancellations are not applicable.
2. Refunds
- All sales are final. Once a digital project has been delivered (download link provided), we do not offer refunds.
- Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment for the same order.
- Technical issues from our side where the project could not be delivered.
- Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.
